Krudmart History:

The Krudmart was started in early summer 2002 by two guys looking to dump overstocked inventory on E-bay but eventually it grew into something more. It became an online retailer with it's own identity, a creative outlet and a way to get cheap clothes for themselves by carrying more and more of the brands they liked.

With a regular following, a budding online scene and new accounts with up and coming companies, the Krudmart is set to charge ahead and continue bringing the newest and freshest gear to people all around the world. Now in 2012, with NEW owner, Tom M. heading up the streetwear revolution, Krudmart cannot be stopped!

Order Info:

Domestic orders are processed, packaged and shipped within two business days. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package has been sent. International orders will be processed and packed within two days and shipped within five days via USPS air. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation included. This shows us the exact time the package is delivered. If there is any problem with delivery, please get in touch with us. Keep in mind that Krudmart cannot be held responsible for lost packages shown as "delivered" as per this number.

Out of stock items will be cancelled and omitted from the shipment. Shipping charges will be recalculated and you will receive an invoice reflecting the adjusted charges.

For questions regarding orders already placed, please email krudmartorders@krudmart.com and be sure to include your order number. You will receive a response within one business day.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex + Discover) as well as Paypal. Paypal payment is automated. So you have to place your order, then select "Paypal" as your method of payment. As soon as you're done, allow it to direct you to www.paypal.com, and send the total amount due to Paypal@krudmart.com. This must be done within 24 hrs MAX, and be sure to reference your order number when doing so. That sounds a bit complicated but I'm sure anyone who could figure out how to set up a Paypal account can figure it out. If not, shoot us an email, krudmartorders@krudmart.com, and we'll see if we can help by sending out an invoice to you.

Shipping Rates:

DOMESTIC: Most regular orders shipped to US addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days with Delivery Confirmation and are charged the exact actual shipping costs plus a small packaging fee.

INTERNATIONAL: Foreign Rates to canada are $5 for the first pound and $2 for each additional. For ALL NON-U.S. COUNTRIES: payment with a Non-U.S. VERIFIED PAYPAL account is THE ONLY ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD. Email us with any additional questions. All shipping charges will be calculated and added after order is placed. Again, we try to keep costs as low as possible on shipping. You're not going to get hosed.

Returns:

Krudmart understands that from time to time, things need to be returned. You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date (with pre-approval). The manufacturer's original tags must be intact and still attached to the garment. If the item does not fit, it can be exchanged for the proper size. Sale items or coupon codes excluded. All sales on sale items or coupon codes are final.

Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed). YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us immediately by e-mail and let us know and we will take care of it.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, please allow 7-10 business days to process. Returns may be refunded by check.

RETURN PROCEDURE

-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send us an Email first explaining the reason for the return. Send e-mail to krudmartorders@krudmart.com

-For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.

-NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days so don't delay in shipping back your return or it may be refused.

-Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.

-Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESELLABLE condition, with all original tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

**The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

APO ADDRESSES

Almost all of Krudmart's shipping is done using the US Postal Service which offers a Delivery Confirmation service that assures us that your package arrives safely. For APO and Military addresses, this service is not available. We suggest you speak with your daily mail carrier and let them know you have an international package on the way. Krudmart cannot be held responsible for lost international packages.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

*Krudmart cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties on international packages. We have no control over this.

Krudmart's International shipping is done using the US Postal Service and usually arrives to you within 2-3 weeks (*customs can legally hold packages as long as they feel necessary, please allow up to 8 weeks (rare occasion) for delivery). For International addresses, the delivery confirmation service is not available. We suggest you speak with your daily mail carrier and let them know you have an international package on the way as sometimes international packages are held at your local mail center. Krudmart cannot be held responsible for any lost international packages.
